A little bit more about these artworks:Inspired by her young son’s naïve and completely intuitive mark making and drawing, Madeline’s new work is a joyful expedition into pure abstraction. Colour is the most important element in her work, unconsciously changing with the seasons and her emotional state. Texture and composition play a vital role in creating depth and history through many layers of different mediums and materials.
