GOST is delighted to announce Robin Meiklejohn has joined GOST. I first met Robin late last year and we discovered that we had a love of birds. It’s so lovely to meet an artist where you can talk about what you create and why. Our creatures great and small hold a special place for both of us. We think you will also fall in love with her exquisite watercolour drawings.
For GOST, I’ve created birds that I knew Anne was drawn too and also the lovely responses I’ve been receiving on Instagram from my followers. This group of three little sparrow fledgings are waiting patiently for their mother. I think my favourite part of painting is the early stages, watching the personalities of each subject emerge from a blank sheet of paper.
We love that Robin has created a small selection of original framed artworks as well as mounted (not framed) prints so that you can work within your budget. After all, we believe that you can start your art collection and see it bloom like her little creatures.
