A little bit more from Roshni | I hand-build the keepsakes using a thin slab of rolled porcelain and shape it in the palm of my hand. I ‘stitch’ tiny fragments of cloth embellished with silk thread to the inner wall. The silk is drawn from old saris given to me by my mother. Each keepsake is a gift to be treasured and held close, to offer comfort, and be a holding place of special memories.
